We all have to deal with government regulations. Brothels are not the only option. I don't want to push anything on anyone. Like I said when I first asked. There are some that are also calling for full legalization. So who should be listened too?
What would be improved with the legalization of prostitution, and how do you think it will be better for you as a client?

My point is they have a good record in Nevada. Their system seems to be working.
Our government can't figure out how to regulate anything successfully.

On the side of workers rights the systems heavily favour the employers. There are laws and rules, but try and see how it works out for the average person when it comes to health, safety and fair treatment.

I understand fully why there's little trust to allow the government in to regulate. They're absolute idiots.

If it’s legal, we can unionize and all have equal and high rates.

Now what are the clients gonna do?

So, So, So
Go wank, your dick, right off

So, So, So
You wish, your hand, could blow

Go, Go, Go
Five finger so-lo

This is 100% true, and I've known many civilians who have unprotected sex with strangers.. I'm not shaming anybody, but there are more chances of catching an STI if you are hooking up with random people rather than seeing SP's, in my humble opinion.. And if you are very afraid of STI's, please ask for covered services.
I don’t really share your opinion.
SP have boyfriends fuck buddies content creators etc… where they don’t wear protection and the shear number of sexual experiences do give them more opportunity to have an STI especially ones that you can get even if you where protection.

Do SP take more precautions than civi women absolutely and their hygiene is far superior to ladies of the general public.
Bottom line is that the only sure way of not putting yourself at any risk is not to have sex or be in a monogamous relationship with someone you trust 100%.
Seeing SP or hooking up with random women is really not for people who are continually freaked out by the thought of getting an STI.
Luckily most STI are curable with antibiotics and the really dangerous one HIV you are very unlikely to get through oral sex of any kind or if you wear protection for fs.

My opinion is that if you wanna see SP's and you are afraid of STI's please ask for safe services (no daty, cbj). Everyone should be concerned with STI's. Yes they are curable but they can cause other health issues in the long run, particularly if you're someone who doesn't get tested often.

I agree with what you are saying 100%.
The only part I didn’t agree with before was that you are less likely to get an STI with an SP than a civi lady, and I also agree that SP do much more for prevention than civi women.

I mean, it depends which civilian lady for sure. What I meant in my earlier post is that certain civilians have a lot of casual sex and don't get tested and don't use protection, and they have casual sex with other people who also have a lot of casual sex without always using protection and rarely get tested.

As far as getting tested yes it is essential to do that but in reality your test results only give you peace of mind and the ability to get treatment if you do have an STI and to be able to stop spreading it to someone else after.

Otherwise if you had sex 2 months before your test your test results are potentially useless for some STI as you did not account for all the incubation periods and if you had one sexual encounter after your test it is already potentially useless again.
Just because someone got tested it does not mean they don’t have an STI or even that they didn’t have one when they got tested it is not that simple.
I doubt that any SP stops having sex a month or two prior to getting tested or after the test if it comes back negative.

You're missing the point and making a bad argument. I have experienced women that I went on a date with jumping on raw without giving notice while in the heat of the moment. I would say it's incredibly common with tinder dating etc....I would agree 100% that an SP that gets tested on the reg is much safer than the dating scene for sure.

That's my point and I'll invite a change of subject if possible :) Moral of the story : casual sex and sex with SP's both have risks. People who have a lot of casual sex tend to take more risks than SP's because they are not professionals. However, to make sure you avoid STI's, ask for safe services.

No you are missing the point, you are not 100% safe with either, this is not about statistics or a lottery.
We all agree that SP take far more precautions and are much better with hygiene than civilians.
That however does not make them that much safer as there are STI that only require skin to skin contact and protection doesn’t play any part.

Having said that I can’t say the same with most clients they have and by the sheer number of sexual encounters they have and yes unprotected as well as they do have boyfriends, fuck buddies, content collaborators in which cases they don’t wear protection.

I think I have already explained how much testing and test results are worth if you don’t believe me check Julia Skys comments on the subject.

This hobby is not for people who are self obsessed with STI or germaphobics nor is it with random women they pick up.
You protect yourself as best you can and according to your risk level, most clients here don’t protect themselves during oral sex me included so again it is up to you what you are comfortable with and what your risk level is but playing this game of who is safer is ridiculous.

If clients didn't demand unsafe services and put pressure for it, how many of us would be offering them? That's the last comment I'll make on this subject. :)

Of course nothing is 100%, it's just not the point you were disputing. An SP that tests regularily, has higher rates and a screening protocol is likely much more safe than meeting a stanger in a bar that gets tested once a year if you're lucky. You're not on the same page. I personaly have never got an STI with an SP, but I have got them from dating partners.

You are forgetting one huge thing.
That SP literally has hundreds of clients, you actually believe those clients get tested more than the girl you pick up in a bar that has maybe one tenth the amount of sexual experiences or less. . The screening the SP does are you kidding what has that got to do with it. They are screening to be safe from potential physical abuse and for time wasters they are not asking for your test results. If they did that they would go broke.
Anyway like you I have never caught anything from either an SP or a civilian.
