There are disturbing signs that the virus is surging—again. All 50 U.S. states are reporting a rise in cases with the national seven-day average passing 28,000, up from a low of 12,000 in late June.

Cases and hospitalizations are rising steeply in places where the percentage of population that is fully vaccinated is low. In more than three dozen counties in Missouri, for example, that percentage ranges from 15 percent to a high hovering around 35 percent—well below the national average of 48 percent. Arkansas, Florida, and Louisiana are also seeing significant outbreaks.

The Governor of Alabama, a Republican, is blaming the anti-vaxxers for causing the new pandemic in the States.
I`ll agree and I`ll go further......they are causing others with cancer and heart conditions to die because they are taking up spare beds.
One dumb woman with covid confessed that she still won`t get a vax when let out of hospital. She died the next day. Karma.

[...]
Cases continue to increase and we are still in summer. In past week 32 states saw their numbers going up by 50% and more.
[...] THOSE DATAS ARE FROM THE JOHNS HOPKINS UNIVERSITY. Don't shoot the messenger!
Meanwhile less than 50% are still fully vaccinated.

I'm not really following the Olympics but I do follow golf and two golfers - Bryson DeChambeau from the US and Jon Rahm from Spain are out of the Olympics after testing positive for COVID. What's unique about this story is that Jon Rahm had already tested positive for COVID a month ago then came back to win the US Open.

I have absolutly no sympathy for those dump persons.
If they die, i think it's Natural Selection acting.
The human race doesn't need them.
Earth is overpopulated anyway.

Does it mean that more educated and intelligent people believe in science instead of bullshit ?
Lets take a look at what you mean by science. When you write science you actually mean follow government orders. So far they are saying a lot of bs. First they say AstraZeneca is good then all the side effects come out. Then they say you can mix vaccines then after they said it is risky and the side effects are unknown. Sometimes they say the vaccine is very effective against the Delta variant then they say the cases are spreading fast. A whole lot of nonsense. So to all those Complicit Theorists they mean follow government orders.

This delta variant is 4 x more contagious than the original COVID-19 strain. The reason being the virus load in a contaminated person is 100 to 1000 times higher.
The fully vaccinated people are still significantly (not 100%...) protected against hospitalization and severe consequences. But they can and will transmit the virus to another one, vaccinated or not, up to a non-vaccinated or vulnerable person. The only way to fight is to raise the vaccination rate. Idiots not understanding this are just well... you know. This is science and it has nothing to do with obedience.

I chose to be vaccinated. What a great fucking country I live in where I can make that decision for myself. If you don’t want to be vaccinated I disagree with you, but I respect your decision. The keyboard scientists can post all the bullshit they want, it’s not gonna change the freedom to choose whatever the fuck you want in the US of A!
