We're now learning that the age group that is being hospitalized the most for the coronavirus is the 25-50 years old category.
But most survived. That is if there is enough bed and respiratory unit. In Italy in certain hospital they let 70 year old die to prioritize younger patient. We are starting to hear the same about France.
Also we are not in the 14th century and we have a vaccine against the black plague/death . Scary stuff is right....by most indications this pandemic will be as bad as the 1918 flu if it comes at us by waves. The only hope is an effective vaccine.

I just spoke to a large local medical group of orthopedic surgeons, in regards to a medical records request I made on behalf of a client for some MRI films I need examined by a medical expert. When I asked them if I could come by and pick it up, they told me I would only be allowed in the building if I consented to having my temperature taken. I told them to put the disc with the films in the mail.
The spike in Montreal is about to go way up as a person with direct contact to a positive case of coronavirus Has been walking everywhere hiding the fact she was in contact with the person and now presents symptoms . Poor healthcare workers. Its about to get way worse than it is. One of my sp friend also started presenting symptoms as she kept working for the last week . Hopefully people stop being dumb about this disease soon because its not about to go away. As of today there has been even more confirmed cases than what was said in the news .

To be serious, even if you were infected with the virus it takes 5-6 days before any symptoms will present. After that testing will not be done until there is a serious shortness of breath ( around day 12 ) if you aren't self isolating.....imagine how many people you would have come into contact with during those 12 days and the domino effect that would occur. Stay at home, stay safe !
