U can issue a mask mandate like Biden says, but not sure half the country would follow. For the half of the population that do want to be protected I guess make sure they have the proper masks that would protect them.

It’s highly likely that even after vaccine some will need masks

Yes it's true, but it still has 2 sides to a medal.

One is survival, and the other is the 200,000 dead.

If you had, like me, lost your mother in a CHSLD, the second side would be much heavier, no matter where in the world.

Thank God she died after only 4 1/2 weeks.
