For the Ontario , Quebec cases. Ontario performs about 42,000 tests a day while Quebec does about 24,000. These are recent numbers.

A vaccine never prevent you from getting the virus. You get it but your defense system is ready to fight efficiently. As to being vaccinated and the still possible contagion, recent datas shows that vaccinated people are a lot less contagious than not-vaccinated one. This is normal as vaccination slows down the viral replication. Less virus, les contagion probability. Remember we know a lot more now than 2 months ago. At this time we thought it would be the case but had no datas to support it. Five months ago, nobody was vaccinated yet... and in five months, majority of people in the world will still not be vaccinated. That is the sad part of the story.

Maybe but... they will still vote for those guys and the conservative party. The last polls show that Albertans still support the Conservative (47%), Liberal (23.7%) and NDP (19%) which is a huge support. [...]

Easing the hospital cases is a consequence. Vaccination prevent peoples getting very sick and dying. Even if we could triple the nurses, doctors and facilities, the problem would still be terrible for peoples. It is a human problem, not a purely logistic one. But you are right consequences are big and serious.

I tried to read the article but it stops part way through and asks you to join, fuck I hate that. That I did read is that it " can ", I do not like words like can and may, will is good, can and may is not. I can and may win a lottery is not as good as I will win a lottery. I will do some checking on this info though. My checking will be to see how long you would need to be vaccinated for this effect to happen or how long the virus needs to be in your system to deteriorate, can you still spread it to full strength for the first 7 days?
