Conspiracy theorists have a long record of making stuff up when reality fails to prove them right.
Interesting that exact thing happened on perb.

A guy claimed his friend’s wife was killed in a motor vehicle accident and the cause of death on the certificate was Covid.
He gave fairly specific details so his story was easily fact checked. There was no record of such an accident matching his details. He has made several similar bogus claims and fortunately the mods purged his crap.

They are at home, scared and weak, watching TV and reading newspapers while sipping on a can of diet pepsi.

After saying that she would get vaccinated only "over hear dead body," Sarah Palin tests positive for COVID.

Sarah Palin has always been the personification of Republican intelligence.

Good for you man, your setup looks legit!
Same for me, working out is my #1 stress reliever during this gong show of a pandemic.
But still I’m a bit confused, just tell me that you’re not a pro-mask preacher and we’re good.

Canadian Rockstars Neil Young, Joni Mitchell Pull Music From Spotify Over Vaccine Controversy:
Cancel culture

They want their music removed because Spotify allow a podcast to exist. Not because Spotify itself promote anything. Freedom of speech is a thing. Joe Rogan should be allowed to make the podcast he want as long as it does not break the law. Too bad for Neil and the fews who does that, they will loose revenues, but hey considering Neil's age, i assume he does not care and made enough $ already, and Spotify probably do not care that much to loose him either. Now if that was the younger artist like Taylor Swift, Bieber and others, it could be different.

I agree with this. Neil Young is way past his prime and has made his money, and loses very little by pulling his music from Spotify. However, Young does have a history of this kind of activism. In his song Ohio he sang about the Kent State massacre, and his song Southern Man is a bitter criticism of racism and slavery in the U.S. south, and it hints or suggests that reparations should be paid by white southerners:
At the time that song came out, it was swiftly responded to by an up and coming southern band Lynyrd Skynyrd in their song "Sweet Home Alabama", in which they mentioned Young by name, singing that:
Well I heard Mister Young sing about her
Well I heard ol' Neil put her down
Well I hope Neil Young will remember

A southern man don't need him around anyhow

Rogan Responds:
You should read on Thre Verge what Ashley Carman has found about Joe Rogan Podcast after listening 350 hours of it.
Freedom of Speech doesn't mean saying anything that could put in jeopardy health of gullible persons.
I wonder what is the degree of education and IQ of his followers.

I don't agree with Rogan or his views, but as HM said, if he is not breaking any laws and is merely expressing an unpopular viewpoint, he should not be censored. It's a very slippery slope when you start censoring people who are not breaking any laws. If the people who listen to him decide not to get vaccinated, it may or may not be that Rogan had anything to do with that decision. My guess is most people who listen to him have already decided they do not want to be vaccinated.

Hipgnosis purchased 50% of Youngs music rights, they are owned by Blackstone, who have ex Pfizer CEO as an adviser.Pretty easy to understsnd. And his podcasts do matter to them, more than 50 million people listened to the Robert Malone podcast and the same for Peter McCulloch.

Well-known and much celebrated anti-vaccine police officer Robert Lemay, who appeared on Fox News and resigned over the Washington vaccine mandate, has died of COVID

All deaths are tragic, but it's incredibly difficult to have sympathy for someone who willfully puts people around him at risk.

More than likely yes. I never listened to Joe personally but i been drawn on youtube to other podcast and my decisions was made way before i did. Now there some stuff i even find going overblown myself. I stumble upon Russel Brand chanel on YT, i never been the biggest fan of the guy but i did enjoy some of the movies he starred in. Listening to a few of his videos some of the stuff he said was ridiculous even to me. Some appeared to be true and decent, but a lot was now. That said, he should be allowed to say it as long as its legal.

There is many layers on every platforms about peoples opinions and facts. I used to listen to Alexis Cossette-Trudel early on, and some of the stuff he said ended up being not true ultimately. While some did. Ultimately some of it was his opinion base on his knowledge and it turned out untrue (that there would be only 1 wave for exemple).

But a lot of peoples predicted governements would go farther and farther and would only stop when peoples would oppose them, and thats pretty much what happened...

Chris Hayes: For ratings, for fame, for cynical, monetary purposes, that network—overseen by CEO Suzanne Scott—has decided to fan the flames of vaccine resistance. And it's getting thousands of people killed. And when those people die, they are of course forgotten by Fox News.

“It's easier to fool people than to convince them that they have been fooled.” Mark Twain

Someone who refused to get vaccinated and then died of Covid on Thanksgiving . (His wife had died of a heart condition 10 years ago). He had 2 teenage boys who are now orphans. He was convinced that Covid was a hoax. It is tragic.

Most non-vaccinated people that I have spoken to always say “they’re afraid of the vaccine.” My response to them is “I’m more afraid of Covid than the vaccine"
