Aren’t you a lawyer? Excluding an entire race is racism. It doesn’t matter what the motivations for it are. It doesn’t mean they don’t like that race. Hell, they could even be from that race. They just don’t want them to show up at their door.
Racism has lost its meaning in recent years. The true definition of racism is to discriminate base on race. For exemple refusing to service someone in a store because of their race, or not allowing certain peoples in places because of their races. Its not about who you are friend with or who you have sex with. Never was.

Are you white? Cause if you are it isn't up to you to decide what racism is

Are you under the impression that escorts are dating/attracted to you when they fuck you? What is it that you think we're doing here if not a service?

I'll say it again because too many of you seem to lose the plot : nobody is implying that people should have sex with anyone. People are allowed to refuse clients, even for racist reasons. That was never the debate.

I’m used to be attracted to mixed race cause they seem to be more open and understanding of race relations
Likely cause they grow up in mixed race environment.
But then being with them and listening to how they talk about certain races due to unreasonable prejudices tells me can just as racist
Though some have trauma and relate it to a specific race and I can understand that
Then I realized a mixed can be as racist as a pure breed person, it’s the internal makeup of the person that more important to me
What attracts me is person who unselfish, open and non racist And that could a person of any pure or mixed race.
I don’t know if English is your first language, because you best be careful. Terms like "pure bread" or "mixed race" recall eugenics.
We are all mixed. How far back do you want to go in our family trees?

But you're not apparently understanding the application of the definition. There is no discrimination or prejudice based on race when persons are excluded solely based on privacy or discretion factors. You cited a definition. The important part is applying it to the facts at hand.
We have few facts at hand, we are all guessing as to any individual's real reasons, and since no one participating in the thread seems to exclude clients due to race/ethnicity we can only guess. Given the number of profiles I have personally come across that have have those "restrictions", and the fact that I've enjoyed and worked in different facets of Quebec's sex industry for more years than I'll admit, the likelihood of zero percent of these profiles having nothing to do with pure and unadulterated racism is fucking zero. Our "cultural heritage" is racist. I've witnessed more than I need to, and I've had racists try to include me in their whispered unfiltered hate-fest because of my pasty white flesh and blue eyes.
Deal. With. It. Ignoring and denying it doesn't make it go away.

Around the corner
What kind of racist would have a best black friend? If he were truly racist, what's the probability of that actually occuring?
I'm sincerely curious...
You obviously think racism only involves the colour black.
Try living anywhere and not speaking the language
Try living in Turkey if you are Greek or the reverse, or In Serbia if your Croatian, in Romania if you are Hungarian, if you are Jewish anywhere in the Middle East. I can give you many more.
Having a best black friend exempts you from all racism lol .
The racism I have described to you cost thousands of lives throughout decades and that hatred has not dwindled much it is not just not having your dick sucked

Try living in Australia and not being able to speak English or right here if you don’t speak French.
Luckily the majority are not racist but there are plenty that are.

Yes, motivation does matter, and in the example I gave to you where facts are at hand, there is no discriminatory intent. The Constitution’s protection of racial and religious groups is organized around the concept of discriminatory intent. I realize you have not studied US federal constitutional law, but the intent was privacy/discretion, and not exclusion based on race. And I should remind you that there is a privacy right here that is worth preserving. When privacy is invaded, a tort is committed, if certain elements are met and the privacy right has not been waived.

In the example I gave of the Asian lady of a very specific ethnic group- let's say Samoans- her refusal to see ANY Asian, as opposed to just Samoans, to preserve her discretion and privacy within that community, could be contended to be insufficiently narrowly drawn. One could argue there is no discriminatory intent when she just excluded Samoans, but there was discriminatory intent when all Asians, including non-Samoans, were also excluded. And yes that is a real life example although she was not Samoan but another Asian ethnicity.

No actionable discrimination there. Because discriminatory intent cannot be proven.

I'm not excluding an entire race.
I'd gladly sleep with Halle Berry or Priyanka Chopra. Just haven't come across anyone here in MTL that's come close. ;)

Nonsense. Black, brown, asian, latinos and whites can be racist, be victims of racism and have opinions of what racism is and how to fight it.

Having worked in Asia and Africa I can say anti-black racism in Asia is much more prevalent than even in Southern ‘redneck’ states. There is also anti-white racism in many places.

After these 10 pages of rambling, has anyone changed their mind about anything?

Am genuinely curious and would love to hear someone say ‘I used to not see black clients but now I will’.

Agree with you about intent, but we are not in a court of law. We are not prosecuting the person who restricts ethnicities on their advertisement. We are not seeking the justification for the restriction. The only thing we can identify is "No blacks" on the ad. Regardless of the reason behind it, the exclusion of a clientele based solely on race is inherently racist, your honour.

In your example, yes, it is. But in my example, there is no advertising. And no discriminatory intention.

That message wasn’t for you, but ok.
Your preference for primarily Caucasian women doesn’t constitute racism IMO.
There you go, get outta jail free card!
