Your trying to tell people they have to do things they are uncomfortable with?
Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE exercises their particular preferences on a whole host of things on a daily basis.
A quick peruse through tinder and I will be automatically be excluded by 80% of the woman on that app for things out of my control. My height being just 1
What if these SP's had a negative experience with a person of a culture or race? An experience that marked them, what are you supposed to say - "too bad, deal with it or your racist?"
Just a few days ago I posted an experience here in another thread on Merb that I had with an SP who literally ran out of the room because I reminded her of someone that she felt threatened her.

She had every right to say no and leave.
I'm neither black, nor Indian, but white as can be. That lady and every person has the right to not service anyone they wish. Just like I have the right to refuse service to anyone I don't like at my business.
I've also had terrible experiences with a certain race of providers, I prefer to avoid them now.
