Anti white racism is not a thing.
Some years ago, there was a lot of criticism directed at Georgetown basketball coach John Thompson, who was an immensely successful NCAA basketball coach who won an NCAA championship, for not recruiting any white guys at all. His teams were generally 100% black, while most other teams had, at least, a few serviceable white players. It should be noted that Thompson's top assistant Craig Esherick was white. But he definitely preferred recruiting exclusively black players on his teams.
From an article about Thompson:
"Thompson simply didn't recruit White players, for in his mind there were too many African American kids for whom opportunities were few and far between.
Thompson's priorities were criticized, but he didn't care, but more importantly, he didn't acquiesce."
Is this racism? Yes, I think it is. But, he was a great basketball coach. For those of you who do not know, Georgetown is a great academic school, and was not just a basketball powerhouse. Their diploma does mean something, and one of my close family members has a diploma from them. And has done well with it.
