E-mail etiquette question - when to follow up?

I'm visiting the city, and have been working on setting up an appointment. The initial email was responded to, we took care of the screening, but no response for a couple days, even with a deposit. (verified provider). How would you follow up? I want to be flexible and not be intrusive, but I'd also like to confirm details before visiting.

Hey; was the deposit accepted?
Did you complete all the details of the meeting and the only thing remaining was the deposit? If so she may have concluded that you were both set for the meeting and is waiting closer to the day to reach out . (I personally will send a last message as soon as possible confirming that I got the deposit and that we are set.)

I will say if after 2 days you don’t have a feedback you should send her a message. It’s your right to ask if everything is good especially after sending a deposit and getting no response.

I'll wait another day, then follow up. If it falls through, however, I'd rather not wait until the last minute to arrange something else, although this was my first choice.
