Ideas for weekly recommended allowance of sex?

Clearly, every man would like to get more sex. But how much sex is enough, and how much sex is too much?

I’m in my mid-40s and considering retirement. I can afford as much sex as I want if I play in the cheap end of the p4p pool.

What would be a reasonable diet of sex? I like sex, but I’m not obsessed with it. I don’t want to overdo it and lose my taste for it, or even start to need freakier and freakier experiences.

I like looking at beautiful women. I like being physical. I don’t have many other vices like drinking, drugs or video games. I'm wondering how I can budget this out.

Sex is also draining though. Like exercise, it’s possible to do too much.

Just like exercise though, sex is part of being human. We need to be active in the same way we need touch.

I know I’m missing the spiritual and emotional part of sex, but that’s harder for me to acquire.

I'm unmarried, so what’s a healthy sex life supposed to be like? I suppose in a relationship it’s a constant negotiation of what each side needs?

3x a week usually but since Montreal barely got any talent, it's 2 or 3x a month

Everyone has their own tastes, unfortunately yours are very high, because in Montreal there are a lot of high-end girls.

Why do you say "Montreal has barely got any talent"?

You surely didn't try a lot of indies to say that.

Give me your money, at least one guy will enjoy his sessions.

If I was in your position it would be every evening.

But to answer the question: there's no ideal, as long as its not in the middle of the day, it doesn't prevent you from doing other activities and you should empty yourself at least one per week to protect yourself against prostate cancer apparently.

I would say ideally
1) Yes, twice a week, almost never too much
2) Money should not be braided, there are too many bizarre experiences to see.
3) As you have no other vices, go ahead, but save money for the unforeseen.
4) Overdoing it, 1-2 each day or more?
5) Yes, touch is very, very important for our emotional balance.
6) Everyone to see what a good sex life.

You have to enjoy sex, go with it as you feel, trying to stay in control.
Good meetings

Think about spending between 10% to 20% of your monthly after tax retirement income on this. Depending on how long you want to see a lady or who you want to see price range could vary a lot. So, some months you might get more or less sex than the others.

Why does there need to be an "allowance"? It's the same as food, you get as much as you need, and everyone has different needs. I am not sure I understand the point of this thread, it's like asking us how much food do you need. In the case of sex, your dick/balls/testosterone count tells you how much you need, and you either understand your own cock or don't. Nobody here can help on that communication or translation.

If you're willing to suffer, you can get some action for free.
I guess the ones hanging out at Tim Hortons aren’t so hot after all lol.
I don’t get why anybody has to suffer during sex, if you aren't getting any type of pleasure from it then why bother.
As far as how often, unfortunately even at this age far more than my budget allows.

I think the analogy to food works here. I like eating, and eating is a proper biological imperative, but if I listened to just my stomach, I would overeat, get fat and get sick.

It is dogs that have the gluttonous instinct to eat whenever food presents itself; humans do not share that instinct. Dogs have that programming because they do not know whether their next meal will be their last for a very long time. Humans, on the other hand, possess superior knowledge to dogs, and know to eat only as much as the body needs for energy and no more. Same thing with sex- when your dick gets hard, and stays hard, mother nature is telling you what you need to do. This is not fucking rocket science.

Really, tell that to the uber high percentsge of obese people.

Over 70 million adults in U.S. are obese (35 million men and 35 million women). 99 million are overweight (45 million women and 54 million men). NHANES 2016 statistics showed that about 39.6% of American adults were obese.

Looking at some news articles I would also guess dogs are smarter than some humans.

Obesity comes about for myriad reasons and there is a genetic component to it that some people are born with. While the the desire to have sex can be addictive, the overindulgence in it does not make you fat or cause similar health issues.

I don't understand you, first of all nobody wants to suffer, what we want is to enjoy.
Suffer as in put work to look for free sex. It's easy to get for women but hard for men, that's why this profession exists in the first place, world's oldest profession. You think any man would pay for female company if it can be obtained fast and easily? Free is Available , you have to hunt and I define that as work which can become suffering if it's too much work or takes too long. That's why many men pay.

This reminds me of a business trip I had in Worcester, Mass,
While sitting in a restaurant a lady at the next table who was seriously obese had a huge plate of two giant burgers and a mountain of fries delivered to her table and then started screaming at the waitress that she ordered Diet Coke not the regular coke that was given to her, WTF.
So yes I would agree many dogs are far smarter than humans.

^^^^^^ My brothers ex was like that, double cheese burger with poutine and a diet pop.
Dogs rule, nothing as loyal as a dog.

Being escorts is their job. Are you going to work for free?

There is also that man wants to fuck for the reproduction of his species.

In the movie "QUEST FOR FIRE", the men often fuck (like animals), and the women collaborate, they have no choice.

I know this is just a movie, but it shows facets of our history.

Actually it is disheartening when a man decides that the hunt is is a problem and is equivalent to suffering and torture.
The hunt, seduction, its subtleties and the rewards are all tied together and makes life worth living.
There is nothing more elusive than a gorgeous sexy young woman and nothing that compares to the rewards when she decides that you are the one for her.
