Is “this” for rich people only?

I've never been wealthy and it's not an activity I participate in often. Rarely more than a couple of times a year. I just budget for it as part of a vacation / travel experience. I do wish I had a bigger budget for it, but only because then I could travel more often (which, frankly, I love even more than sex) and because sometimes I encounter a provider or experience that I'm particularly fascinated by that is outside of my budget.

Your employer told you to do something illegal and is paying for it?

Then I guess your line of job is crime related.

It may not be a need for you, but for others, it could be. My company requires me to spend on such activities since I'm a workaholic and the bylaws specify that I'm not allowed to enter into a relationship or date anyone. Thus, the company covers the expenses for these meetings.
Plot twist: He is self-employed.

On a more serious note, I feel sorry for you. I've worked similar hours before and I loved my job, but it is simply not sustainable long-term. And no benefits, perks or salary will make up for it in the long run. But if you are still young and are only doing this for a couple of years with a huge payout, then sure, why not.

EDIT: I checked your profile and it reads "I'd like to emphasize my steadfast dedication to my health, particularly in relation to sexual health. Following each encounter, I ensure I get STD tests at two specific intervals: after two weeks and then at the six-week mark."

That's a lot of STD tests considering you are seeing 2-4 providers each week. I guess if those visits to the clinics count towards your work hours, it does make sense. :p

Yes, I own my own business; the hours are intense, but the potential for early retirement makes it worthwhile.

Yes, I undergo frequent STD tests and, thankfully, have never had any issues, including herpes. I opt for private testings as I know public doesn't test for herpes, so they test for what I pay for. Additionally, I get a quarterly MRIs to ensure my health remains a top priority. :)

That's fair, but just to be clear you wrote these bylaws yourself then? "My company requires me to spend on such activities since I'm a workaholic and the bylaws specify that I'm not allowed to enter into a relationship or date anyone"

Still surprised why you would not try to find a bit more of a work-life balance, but each on their own. Good on you for taking your health (and that of the providers) serious.

Have investors. I run a small cap PE firm based in the Caymans. Not going to DOX myself.

I don't have friends, don't drink, smoke, or do drugs, and I don't go to events or clubs. My day consists of working 16-18 hours and then visiting a provider. I do travel occasionally, but it's for work, not sightseeing. I currently meet with providers 2 to 4 times a week, not sure if that qualifies as "High volume client".
HAHAHA We are complete opposites. I have lots of friends, I drink, I smoke, I do lots of drugs & I'm a social butterfly.

However, I also work 72-80hrs a week self-employed. Travel for work & sightsee with the local SW or the woman I've meet from the night before at the bar. I also, see 2 to 4 SW/week.

It's just funny because we are the same, but different lol.

When do you sleep? Are you getting a full 8 hours of sleep every night? I do not work as many hours as you but between work and the amount of time I waste doing the groceries since post-covid, I got very little time to socialize. But I always take my full 8 hours of sleep, sleep before everything else for me.

Cloud man, you don't need to sleep and can work 72-80 hours a week when you take amphetamines. Dude said he did drugs, did you miss that? You never saw any World War II documentaries chronicling the German Blitzkrieg when all the German soldiers were given amohetamines as policy and fought days on end with no sleep? Its doable.

No I missed it. RyanVsEverybody said he did but I did not read that rudx but I guess he must have also. You do make a good point, it is doable with amphetamines.

I never been one who needs 8 hours of sleep every night. And I can attest that, yeah, some drugs will keep you going for extended period of time.
Working for a public service company in the 80s, we were a bunch of young guys in our early 20s and we were offered to do double shifts almost every day. It didn’t take long for most of us to start using cocaine in order to be able to make as many hours as possible.

I sleep between 3-5am or 3-7am. I get to the gym from 7-8/9. I don't need much sleep.

If for some reason, I have big contracts to fill in a timely manner. I will ease up a bit on the drugs & just drink coffee that week only so I can get more sleep. Tbh, yes the drugs keeps me running. I work because I enjoy it, I am unable to sit around & do nothing. I took 3 days off to act like a normal person & I was anxious.

Ha! Memories this brings back

I was in IB out of college for 2 years. burned out and went PE. Stayed for another 2 and quit the industry completely.

Hobbying was the least of the debauchery that happened. During my analyst days, it was worse than what Wolf of Wall Street depicted. 14 hour days, then most of us went to a club, dropped 10K on table service, coked up, and went back to the office. A lot of the other guys called escorts while they had the energy to get some release before heading back to the office.

I only participated in the drinking, but not the drugs/escorts til later on.

And yes, all of it was absolutely expensed.

And now I have given way too much detail about myself.
Problem with this... How are guys calling escorts after a full night of coke???
I'd be coked out going limp & keep on giving the girl more money to stay because I think I can get it up this time.

Wow okay. To each their own I guess. No way I can do that. I prefer a much slower paced lifestyle.

To be in this lifestyle you need to have your priority straight. I'm in my late 50's and have been doing this for about 20 years now, it started slowly and at $120/hr then it was hard. Now that all my house payments are done and only have a car payment bi-monthly I can afford the $300+/hr once a month. I'm not rich but I'm not poor, you know what they say "Carpe Diem" seize the day.
