Strange that in all the cases here ( and in other countries ) with vehicles ramming into people the drivers had ISIS or similar ties. I posted an article somewhere here about a terrorist expert saying these lone wolf attacks will be more frequent because they are harder to stop.
Perhaps it is just a hereditary trait and there is nothing to worry about, yeah, that must be it.

In this case, it's a a white, 25 years old, guy... Alek Minassian. He was not armed. A police officer staying cool arrested him. Apparently, he was yelling kill me, kill me.

Pretty well thought out post on the subject. Your post on the plight of the sexually frustrated young male in North America reminded me of that sick fuck Elliot Rodger who killed 6 people and injured 14 at U of California Santa Barbara back in 2014, before killing himself. This was a kid who came from a wealthy family and could have theoretically used his father’s money for escorts instead of guns and weapons. This video which Rodger recorded explained his sexual frustration and why he did what he did, and gives some insight into the kind of sickness that leads to these kinds of shootings:

yes if he had proper psychiatric help coupled with desensitization (to women) therapy with the help of experienced professional escorts, maybe he could of been saved and we could of avoided this terrible situation. I believe it.

So it does seem it was a weird strange dude that could not attract a girl. Before becoming 48 years old and never kissed a girl (to paraphrase the tragically hip) he decides to hate them.

And I do agree with 2fast2slow if perhaps he would have tried escort it could have help. But maybe not... There are some things that are important in life. Learn how to be proud of yourself and learn how to cope with rejection. I am lucky I had it quite easy with girl all my life. Still, my ratio of rejection is probably at 80%.

Guy needs to learn that girl do now owe anything to them and cope with that. Life will be much more peaceful when every guy learn that.

Ce n'est pas du terrorisme au sens ou Trump et ses disciples l'entendent... Cependant, il s'agit certainement du geste d'un frustré misogyne qui par la terreur veut montrer sa haine des femmes et les rendre responsables de ses propres lacunes.

It's not terrorism as Trump and his disciples would define it... but it is with no doubt a terror act by a frustrated misogyne who find everybody else, and in this case women, responsible for what is going wrong in his life. Maybe the title should stay as it is and will be an exemple as how a fast and not bases on facts judgement could be wrong and misleading.
