I will let you guys in on another little secret, if the Red Sox are well ahead in today's game Youk will get drilled, only if they are well ahead, or look for Youk to get drilled in tomorrows game, either way he's going to get drilled, it's called "retribution".

Those pinstriped glasses must be wrapped way to hard around his fat head Rumples. I thought I heard it all but as always, Beav outdoes himself with his stupidity again. Unfuckenbelieveable!
Sometimes I think Beav goes to sleep at night listening to Tim McCarver tapes. And of course, with headphones "wrapped way too hard around his fat head."

Probably because he didn't exhibit the kind of pride and class that the Yankees always show.

Bingo, but actually it had to do with CC Sabathia protecting his teammates. He was outspoken that he would do so, and he did so because CC like many in that dugout are OSB (old school baseball). In recent games, including against Baltimore, too many Yankees have been getting hit. Of Jeremy Guthrie's last 17 hit batsmen, 9 have been Yankees. The math does not add up to support Guthrie's explanation that he "lacks pinpoint control." Beckett also is lacking in pinpoint control but he was pitching inside and hitting people. If one team does it, then so can the other. That's exactly what CC said last night and I am sure that the Yankees had a lockerroom discussion about Beckett's behavior which was in fact something less than classy and professional. It's too bad pitchers don't hit in the AL, because if they did his ass would be grass.

And that picture of total class Joba would have been drilled in the face a long time ago...
As Iggy says, Josh is simply a competitor and he has passion for his team and the game.
And don't get me started on the antics of ARod.

Isn't it amazing when a player pulls crap who is on the Yankees there always seems to be a validation and professional spin put on it. Yet when the guy is on another team it is always less than classy and professional?! Do you guys really swallow that kool-aid when you drink it? Pllleeeaaassssee...

It's OSB no matter what team you are on.

Hey JMan I guess you and Rumples missed President Obama's speech. Go to the 2:20 mark and educate yourselves:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WzOtVmQP2Gc

That is historical fact and part of the historical record unlike your conjectural posts. It's also an edited version of the full video in which Obama frequently lauded the dignity and class of the Yankees players and in particular Teixeira and Posada (whom he praised for their charity work) and Jeter (for his leadership, class and dignity). I can't seem to find the full length video.

What did you expect the President to say when he HAS TO welcome the previous WS winner to the White House? Should he have said "you guys are so classy, especially you ARod, the way you injected those steroids into your ass was quite admirable!! Thank you for being so classy and not diminishing the dignity of baseball!"

Wake up Beav, you're really sounding like a complete tool lately!! Take a break and step away from the computer.

How about their pitching sucks?

Once again, you're absolutely correct. Although that lefty that they had pitching at the end of the game wasn't so bad.....although he gave away a tremendous homerun to Texeira. :D

Again, i totally agree with you. The Sox pitching sucks!!

C'mon, enough with the aggressive tone. No need to call the beave names just because your baseball team sucks.

Truer words could not have been spoken my friend, this organization is a total failure from top to bottom and to think that they have the second biggest player salary in all of baseball is a joke, is there a reason to watch tomorrows game other than to watch Youk get drilled, it's the only reason that I will be tuning in because the game itself will be another laugher.

LOL, it's not just cause my team sucks, even if they were in first place I'd still call Beav a tool for the completely ridiculous things he's been posting. Like I said, was Obama supposed to ridicule the team while they were visiting, of course he's going to suck their dicks and say they're wonderful.

LOL,

So after the Yankees spent $1.8-1.9 billion for nothing in 9 years you want to bring team salaries into it now. You funny.

You just defined Joe.t and summed up the total of his baseball acumen in one sentence.

Found this and couldn't resist. Yeah, it's an f'tard. Take me to court...lol.

Ohhhhhh crap. Outscored 24-6 in two days. Would any supporters of the defensive strategy (pitching and fielding) to a World Series victory want to explain how it is supposed to work again? Or is it going to be the old "Mark Teixeira Juicing" theory? And to think Beckett was actually better.

Yikes,

Merlot

Well, boy, it's been fun. Then again, maybe it hasn't. For most of the past month, I've been looking at this thread, but not responding, partly due to the fact that my team of choice has been sucking hind tit, partly because the thread has been reduced to mindless gibberish. Going forward, until I'm informed that the thread has been restored to a semblance of intelligence, I'm no longer going to even look at it, given the pointlessness. So, farewell to all; see you in other threads.

In particular, I'd like to say farewell to three in particular, three we might just call The Three Stooges:

First, to Curly, who says so much stupid shit that he can't possibly believe, given that we know for a fact that he has more than one college degree.

Second, to Joe, our fucking moron®, who says shit he doesn't believe and knows it's horseshit, but is just in love with the sound of his moronic voice.

And third, to Larry, who's too stupid to know what to believe. I'd be dollars to donuts he's even a Republican. Or a teabagger.

Man, this thread has desintegrated much worse than any other threads on this board as far as name-calling & personal insults go!

Maybe all baseball threads should be deleted before someone starts threatening the other with violence...or worse.

Hey Doc,
That's what happens when one is left unchecked. The question is do you let him continue or do you retaliate. Fight or flight? My internal reaction is fight...hence my posts...I have reconsguyidered and decided to take a 3rd, even more educated and evolved approach: ignore. I have personally set him up in my settings to ignore his postings.
Other members should do the same. It's easy...Settings; Edit Ignore List; Enter name to ignore: Joe.t ; select OK
Here is what you see then if he posts: This message is hidden because Joe.t is on your ignore list.

However, I must say no one in these threads including yourself is blameless i.e. witness some of the aggressiveness in the hockey threads.
What is often difficult to decipher or interpret on these treads is the difference between sarcasm, aggressiveness and just someone trying to be funny.
Personally I find no humor in a guy who constantly does nothing other that agitate and needle people. But no one has to take my word for it...just go read his posts...you will quickly see a total lack of substance. I rest my case.

That said, after careful consideration I have deleted my last post and may delete more.

Have fun,
Jman

PS For the record...I found your parting comment slightly melodramatic and over reactionary.
