Idk why you would take offense to that. Weird.
On the contrary I think it weird if you don’t.
I don’t particularly have a problem with rates simply because as I have always said you make your own luck in life.
That being said I understand and remember the days when I worked 60-80 hour weeks and had 2 jobs to help support the family and know what price increases can do to people.
Nobody likes them but everybody needs to deal with them.
Sometimes you just crave a nice juicy burger lol.

I think you're missing the point. There are different markets and I'm thinking she doesn't aim to be something like an agency. It's a totally different market with completely different clients. Fine dining vs McDonalds if you will.
I agree with you but I am not sure anyone from the mentioned categories (McDonalds or Fine Dining) actually advertises on MERB. Maybe some think they are of the latter category, but from what I can tell they do not engage in conversations. As for the former, I don't think those advertise on MERB.

Naw that takes a hell of a lot of skill agility and mental toughness unless you are doing it just as a hobby or to keep fit.
Competitive table tennis like most sports you have to not just be born for it with natural skills but put in the enormous amount of work if you want any kind of success.
Table tennis was just a hobby for me but I know exactly what it takes to be good at sports.
BS is easy and comes naturally.

Nobody can help being a boomer lol you don’t get to choose when you were born.
Sorry Fradi, it was and is meant to be an insult to boomers...... Many of the younger generations consider boomers to be responsible for leaving them with little. He is probably expressing that sentiment.

I know what he meant.
Boomers parents actually taught them to be respectful to the older generation lol.
These guys deserve the price increases lol.

These many people should probably get off their ass and work instead of whining constantly.

But then, we get these “this again??” posts. Again. :D

So… if you don’t like the topic, you don’t have to read it or engage. Lolllll.
100% - There are whole sections of this board that I never click on. It's not hard to ignore a topic that doesn't interest you. There is no need to engage just to voice your disinterest. The same applies for those making a public statement for unfollowing a thread. I've said it before and I'll say it again: This isn't an airport, you don't need to announce your departure.

Indeed it is, considering the younger generations will never own their own house, ostensibly because they do not have the money, yet have enough money to afford escorts.

I wasn’t talking about the boomer thing. I was talking about the boxing match happening here. This thread is walking on thin ice.

It’s ok tho one of you will create a new one I’m not worried

Nobody can help being a boomer lol you don’t get to choose when you were born.
It's less about when you were born, and more the mindset you were raised to believe.
The generation gaps aren't about your age. They are how you speak, how you believe others should be and be treated. What was acceptable as public and private. Often and not limited to the demand for respect without giving it, and being upset that a younger generation might draw a line you weren't granted the respect to draw for yourself at that age. Expecting that because times were tough back then, that it is entitlement to demand they not be unnecessarily tough today.
It is ment as an insult to those who don't want to accept that times are different and expect times should remain as they always have been in the past.

Same as the older generation has much to say about the younger generations and how entitled they are, with their demands and work ethic. People demanding to be paid fairly for the work they do, rather then cater to unrealistic expectations for minimal pay.

Just because something was and always has been didn't make it right.

And yes demanding providers to put out as much as they did in the past for just as low the wage as it used to be, is very much a boomer ideal with the above mentioned points.

To have quality service often it is quality pricing. Those who give quality service for minimum price are the rare gems. But it is the same in any field of work these days.
