Those that already own a home do not care, but the young that want to own a home is puts them down and dis proportionally affects renters. I know a few people who cannot find an apartment even after months. So yea sure the inflation rate is down, but that means jack squat if houses, rents, and food prices do not come down. There is a faint possibility now that the shit is hitting the fan in terms of foreign interference that certain members of the government will cross the aisle and give the opposition the numbers they need to take out the government. He regrets knowing that he will loose the elections. He only cares to remain in power. A little too late, the last three years we literally had over 3.75% annual population growth which is total madness. That is kind of saying I will fix the leak after the home is already flooded. Damage is done. What we need is deportations, we need to shrink the population by 2% to 3%. All refugees should be sent back especially the ones getting free paychecks, collecting OAS. All temporary foreign workers and international students should be sent back. That will alleviate some of the housing crisis, watch rents drop across the board. That will also alleviate the burden on the healthcare system.
