That is close to a billion dollars. That is total madness. This was a program that the Harper government cut and he was right to do so. It was not fair to make Canadian taxpayers pay for foreigners which was much more generous then what Canadians get. The refugees under this program get free dental care, prescription medication, psychologists, hearing aids, oxygen equipment, home care, among other things. Canadians do not even get these things, we got to pay for that. Even with coverage we pay for, the coverage is not 100% for some of these things, and they get it all for free. Now you see why asylum seeker numbers has exploded. I should throw away my ID and enter Canada as a refugee. Lol Trudope is a total wacko.
