Luckily my wife is not one of the many women/wives out there yearning to be a home owner/being in debt with a mortgage. That is something I am NEVER paying for. That is modern slavery. Being in debt. Well that is a whole other topic.
You are going to pay regardless. In the hobby you just pay upfront and that is it. Plus you know how much.
With marriage you pay upfront, in the middle and if it goes to shit you pay dearly at the end.
