if someone has severe body dysmorphia and a doctor is making money off of them by encouraging outrageous procedures that's really unethical of them.

I think a psychological evaluation should be needed in some cases. Wanting to get your nose done because you’ve always hated it is normal but wanting your lips to be so big you can barely speak doesn’t sound healthy in any ways.

I worry about people getting breast implants that are too big and I’m not talking about F-G cups. Those things can rupture and leak in your body, the bigger the breast, the bigger the risk. It must also be incredibly difficult on your skin to stretch that much

Yeah, it's dangerous in those cases. I have mixed feelings about it because I think people should have bodily autonomy.. but I definitely think it's unethical for doctors to offer procedures that could harm the patient's body. Some people also don't see themselves clearly.

I think it's easier nowadays to have body dismorphia when you look at yourself all day on your phone, when you take 100 selfies per day and try as many filters to "look prettier". They compare their real selves to all their modified photos on their socials all day, every day, so in the end they want to look like their pictures.

This might be a silly question but does currency size matter at all? I have seen someone complain about 20s in the envelope in the past and I wanted to double check.

I've paid in 50's and 100s, as well as in BTC. Would I do the latter with some new chick off LL, hell no. Only with the one girl I've repeat with so far. If I was seeing a girl and the cost is about $500 or less I wouldn't care to give a bunch of 20s. But for 900 or 1400 yeah bigger bills are just easier. I might get annoyed if a girl complains about how I'm paying if it ever happened.

Do men really find that look attractive? Someone I know just posted her photos in story calling her lips “goals” and I had to check I was fully awake and not just having a nightmare. I am sorry to this woman but she probably needs one or several visits with a psy

So sad, she must be mentally ill and the surgeon should face prosecution for taking advantage of that illness.

That's so true. I only take selfies for my work socials but I rarely do it in my personal life. Filters are also very upsetting.. however I think self portraits can be used in a positive and healing way.

Do you set personal/professional boundaries like no professional email/checking during certain periods? Like with a defined schedule or when you are spending personal time?

I'm a workaholic at my other job, so rarely do I even think to take my phone out while there, so messages can go unanswered from 8am-4pm on the days I am there, unless I am takeing a bathroom break or it is a slow enough day at work I have a moment to check. My boss knows I have my own business, and doesn't actually restrict my phone use, I just don't think of it.

I don't answer while I am sleeping at night, but most days start responding back as soon as I wake up.

When I am camping or off for the week I am unavailable, I can forget to check my phone for hours as well.

I check emails when I remember, like once a day, or a few days can pass before I think to check.

When I am in the company of others I don't tend to check my phone either. Only once I get back to my vehicle after the visit.

As for other social media, I give it like 10 minutes a week if I remember to check it that week.

Text really is the only way I am likely to respond regularly and quickly, when I get around to it.
