What I found absolutely hilarious today was the gutless no-show by the hopeless leafs as they lost to the Caps.

Congrats to the leafs for bringing smiles to the faces of the many, many millions of true hockey fans who loathe and detest the wretched toronto franchise - a true blot on the face of sports.

Let me correct you, (again for the 1000th time) I do believe You mean the gutless DEAD THINGS that did not show up in Chicago tonight who got beat by 3 goals.

Congrats to the Dead Things for bringing smiles to the faces of the many, many millions of true hockey fans who loathe and detest the wretched DeadTroit franchise - a true blot on the face of sports. :thumb:

Jeremy Roenick just said on the NHL Network that he sees no way how dEtroit can make the playoffs this year. Reverdy, dont forget the over the hill Clown Alfie who stuck it to Ottawa fans and signed with the "things" in the offseason because he thought they offered him the best chance to play for the cup this season. Man, Karma is so sweet sometimes!

Bad game indeed by the "things" tonight, not even their new savior Tomas "Steak" Tartare could save them this night.
Yes, that was one heck of a debacle.

They're nowhere near the contenders they used to be. Time for a major rebuild: in this day and age, you can't have a team built around two aging and ailing stars (Datsyuk and Zetterberg), and expect to do well, especially when they're not around to save the team from disaster.

Laugh it up boys. I guess after 47 YEARS of consistent humiliation you have to find your little pleasures wherever you can.

And by the way, apart from you two and the good Doctor, there is no one who hates the Wings....but most of the WORLD hates the gutless, pathetic laughingstock known as the leafs.

"Clown Alfie"????????????????????????????Even coming from you, this is pretty silly. Maybe it won't seem so funny when he goes into the HOF - which he certainly will.

Calder Trophy. Messier Trophy. Great leader. Great all-around player. Long, respected career. 1000+ points. 400+ goals. Stanley Cup Finalist. Olympic successes. In short, all the things PHIL KESSEL has never achieved and likely never will achieve. And if Tyler's roommate can't match up to Alfie, then it's pretty clear that NO ONE on the stinkin' leafs can. You know, maybe it's the LEAFS who are the clowns!

Reverdy, your last post is absolutely f#&ng hillarious!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :lol: :lol: :lol:

p.s. The 'Dead Things' are a reflection of the city they represent: Down in the dumps! Hard to believe, but they are an embarrassment to the once-proud city of Detroit!

Oh my! you made a prediction! what will happen if the Leafs lose? You are risking the fear of the cairo's and the fence setters of the world who might say you made "the ridiculous error of bragging in advance" oh my the horror's of that happening are...are...are... Like we really give a S*%T ! Bwahahahahahahaha!

Doc, tell me my good man, how many goals does the savior Thomas Vanek have in a scabs uniform since Bergervin gave up a draft pick for the short term rental? 2? 3? 4?
p.s. However, the Leafs will beat Detroit tomorrow & once again reclaim 2nd spot in their division.

Doc your post made me curious so I looked up which provinces have produced the most currently active refs.

ON = 13
QC = 6
BC = 4
SK = 3
NB = 3
AB = 2
NS = 2
MB = 1

So when it comes to referees it`s Ontario 13 - Quebec 6 BUT when it comes to cups it`s Quebec 24 - Ontario 11. :D

I will make a bold prediction:

"Should the Leafs defeat the Dead Things (as i predict they will) tomorrow night, the Dead Things will not make the playoffs."

I'll be even more bolder: "Should the Leafs defeat the Dead Things tomorrow night, the Dead Things will not make the playoffs for the next 5 years."

Not "fear" but "scorn" and "contempt". After the thousands of times you two have been wrong with your advance bragging in the past 5 years, you'd think you might have learned by now. Sadly, you have not.

About as many as the savior David Clarkson since Nonis hamstrung his team for 7 years and 35 million dollars.

I'll be even more bolder: "Should the Leafs defeat the Dead Things tomorrow night, the Dead Things will not make the playoffs for the next 5 years."

Allow me to correct your adjectives: Please change "bold" to "silly" and "bolder" to "absolutely freakin' ridiculous." Then your post will be accurate.

BTW, your post has now been saved for posterity. I'll be sure to quote it each time it's proven to be incorrect over the next half decade.

And one more thing: Even IF the Wings missed the playoffs for 5 years...it would STILL be considerably LESS than the leafs missed them in the past decade! You lose...again.
