I agree. Many offensive juggernaut teams were exposed as unidimensional as soon as they got into the playoffs. I believe this is as far as Edmonton will go. They will not be back this far again any time soon. After Draisaitl leaves, and possibly McDavid in a few years after his prime years disappear with no championships and a series of early playoff exits, this team will be starting from scratch, still longing for a return to their Glory Years of the 1980s.My opinion is that the coaching staff has failed to establish a real system and convinced the players to stick to it and play as a team. They spent the entire season relying solely on their offensive power.
