What is your definition of a fit body? When you see that on an ad or when a client gives you that description of themselves. What do you expect?

Fit would stand for firm, toned, no belly. you can easily feel the muscles beneath the skin even though there can be a light layer of fat.

Beyond that it starts to fall in the gym rat category I.e. no fat at all, you can clearly see the muscle structure. Then you have the body builder type.

To me, fitness isn't a look, it's more than that. It's about lifestyle, health, habits and well-being!

Being slim and toned doesn't mean you're fit, and being fit doesn't mean you're slim and toned.

Yeah, the question is what we consider a fit body, not being fit.

I know, but that's still my answer. A fit body is a strong, healthy body. This can be true at many sizes, hence my reply! The question was for everyone and I answered it, it was my opinion not a rebuttal of anyone else's opinion haha.....

I would take "fit" in an ad with a grain of salt because to me fitness isn't something you can even see on a picture.

To me there’s a difference between being fit and in good shape. I think the definition you have @Julia Sky would be “good shape” for me. Fit in my eyes really comes from the fitness culture.

Being in good shape could be any weight, body type etc. A person is in good shape for their body type if that makes sense.

I’m thinking of Lizzo, she is fat but damn! Have you seen this woman on a stage? She’s in excellent shape I would say but I wouldn’t call her fit.

Being able to do that and singing, multiple times a month because you’re touring.

Haha to me it's the opposite, being in shape is more about physical appearance to me whereas being fit is more about healthy life habits and the body's abilities! Interesting.

I agree, I don't think I could sing and move on stage multiple times per month. My asthma and legs would give up on me lol. It has to be one or the other, can't do both at the same time haha

I checked on Reddit and most people seemed to agree with you Julia but they still wouldn’t apply those to someone who is fat which doesn’t make sense to me.

If you can keep an active lifestyle, do moderate activities and eat healthily, body corpulence shouldn’t matter.

Anyways the answers I’ve gotten helped me understand the general idea better. Thank you!

I think a lot of people would describe me as fit but I could never do what Lizzo does on stage. I don't think being fit has anything to do with how fat someone is, I think it has to do with how strong, flexible and physically capable they are and having a good muscle mass.

When requesting an outcall, what amount would you be comfortable paying for transportation?*

I am considering removing my fee for outcalls that are in the downtown/old Montreal area as they are the most popular places.

*whether it’s before the date or at the sp’s arrival

Regarding uber/transportation fees ... I haven't been to Montreal in many years so was wondering if Agencies now charge transportation fees for Outcalls for the downtown/tourist district?

Quote the approximate trip on Uber or Lyft and add 15$
