Depends sometimes. Personally I need to be charmed into meeting someone for the first time, or else I won't even allow an appointment to be made.
I've not shyed away from saying, I refuse to see people I don't feel a connection with. If in the discussion process it is all business I assume the visit will be too, and I can't stand a business style feel for visits I agree to.
So yes, if someone want's to see me I have to be charmed into it or else I will refuse to see them.
I wouldn't say I need to be charmed by a client, but I want the person to prove that they are kind and trustworthy. If someone is rude during the booking process, I feel very nervous about the encounter. I rarely refuse clients and when I have it's because something felt off in the communication.. More often than not I've ignored certain red flags and felt disappointed.

However, when clients act "too charming" that can also be a red flag. Like when someone gives me a ton of compliments and acts like he's trying to pick me up rather than book me, it's often because he is trying to get a special favour from me or bypass a requirement. :)

Has anyone ever tried this spa that I think is on a boat in Montreal? Bota bota might be the name. What was your experience if you did try it?

Do you read SP memoirs? Why or why not? Which are your favorite ones?
I've mostly read really sad and upsetting ones honestly. I'd like to find books by SP's that aren't just trauma porn or pure glamorization of the industry! Same with movies and TV shows about sex work, it's hard for me to find representation I relate to.. I guess I'll have to write my own!

Any thoughts you’d like to share on portrayal/treatment of sex work in Poor Things or Sean Baker's movies, if you've seen them?
I honestly LOVED Poor Things. It was very cathartic for me to see that movie. :) I haven't seen all of Sean Baker's films but I enjoyed The Florida Project and Tangerine very much. I think if anything, I would have preferred if movies about sex work were directed by sex workers.. but that's not super realistic. Particularly in the case of Tangerine I felt like a reality that was very far from the filmmaker's own was being depicted and that bothered me a little, but that didn't stop me from really liking the film

Where do most SPs lean politically?

I surely don't care where SPs lean politically, but they certainly bend over for Democrats and Conservatives just the same

What is your definition of a fit body? When you see that on an ad or when a client gives you that description of themselves. What do you expect?

Fit would stand for firm, toned, no belly. you can easily feel the muscles beneath the skin even though there can be a light layer of fat.

Beyond that it starts to fall in the gym rat category I.e. no fat at all, you can clearly see the muscle structure. Then you have the body builder type.

To me, fitness isn't a look, it's more than that. It's about lifestyle, health, habits and well-being!

Being slim and toned doesn't mean you're fit, and being fit doesn't mean you're slim and toned.

Yeah, the question is what we consider a fit body, not being fit.

I know, but that's still my answer. A fit body is a strong, healthy body. This can be true at many sizes, hence my reply! The question was for everyone and I answered it, it was my opinion not a rebuttal of anyone else's opinion haha.....

I would take "fit" in an ad with a grain of salt because to me fitness isn't something you can even see on a picture.
