Sorry, I was meaning the lying cheater Georges Santos elected in New-York region.

Sen Ted Cruz won't commit to accepting 2024 results.
I would call Republicans who say that potential traitors or real traitors like Trump is for his actions after 2020 election.

Nikki Haley told yesterday that she will vote for Trump after all the ugly truth she told about him in the Primaries.
Another Republican without Balls !
In her case, it's quite to be expected !

Just perhaps she thinks Biden would be a worse choice for the general population, nothing to do with having balls. The US economy is in bad shape just like in Canada and it is mostly due to its leaders.

I agree with the reasoning that Biden is the worst of 2 horrible choices, but a better choice is to vote for neither. While Haley needs to put on the face of the "loyal Republican", I don't need to do so, and do not plan on voting for either one. I didn't in 2020, and will not change in 2024. I voted for JJ in 2020 and will likely vote Libertarian again. The Libertarians got almost 2 million votes in 2020, so I wasn't the only one and I will support them
until Democrats and Republicans produce better candidates.

It is also the nature of primaries.

kamala accused biden of being a full-on racist in the 2019 primaries then became bid
VP when her campaigned fizzled.

She was trying to get the black vote, which wasn't going to Trump so she had to attack the person to whom it was going, if not to her. This was an obvious strategy for ANY black Democrat who was running and doing otherwise would have been politically stupid and moronic.

I have not decided yet but probably will not vote at all or will vote for Trump. Do I like him? Hell NO. So why to vote for him? Just to stir disturbance in the smelly and rotten pond of American politics. Many people realize that political system based on the stupid Democrat-Republican game is not a viable option anymore. If Biden is re-elected, he will be a puppet quietly going insane with the country ruled from the backstage by largely anonymous and irresponsible people.

I agree with your post, but my reasoning in voting for third party candidates is that it's a manifested rejection of the "stupid Democrat-Republican game". I see a vote for Biden or Trump as a vote for stupid game. But I agree with you that Biden is the far worse of the 2 choices, and a truly awful President who, in a sane world, should be conservatored, compelled to resign, and then sent for treatment at the local Alzheimer's clinic.

Many people in Canada think the same, why vote for Liberal or Conservative and go with Green or some other party. IMO if you do not like the political party in power and want them out abstaining or voting for a fringe group will not do that, vote for the party that will get them out and next election vote for your favorite. With the PPC in the last election, if they voted Conservative Trudeau would be gone, the PPC voters hate Trudeau and want him gone but accomplished nothing. When I vote it is for the economy, all the media fluff means nothing to me, don't care if Trump had sex with a hooker or exaggerated his hotel value for a better bank deal. Biden will pass Trump on spending before his term is over if not already.

I will never not vote.
Many people have given their lives or had to leave their countries because they were not given a choice or freedom when voting.
My parents and hence me fall into that category and I have been an immigrant in various countries all my life.
The right to vote should not be so easily discarded and made light of.
You may not get what you want but if you do not vote then shut the fuck up and live with the consequences.

So you are saying ethics and truth are only relevant if you are politically stupid and moronic? Or would it have been moronic for her to not join forces with a racist once Biden won if she truly believed what she said?

Or worse, since he was in the lead (and she failed to get a single primary delegate iirc) was it not politically moronic to throw wild accusations at the person who would go against Trump?

Nope. The right to vote by itself does not insure a free democratic procedure if: elections are rigged (Russia), artificially constructed to limit the choice (Iran), or if population is intentionally brainwashed and lied upon by the biased to one side media, etc., etc. When all above exceeds some threshold your right to vote becomes meaningless. In the present situation I felt that my rights as a voter are infringed as I am presented with only very bad choices by the broken system.

I don’t think you read my post correctly read the second line where I specifically said not given a choice of who to vote for.
This was true in all the iron curtain countries controlled by Russia, my family and relatives lived this so I doubt I need an explanation.

However when you have the freedom to vote and freedom of choice then you should always vote or stop complaining.

Sure, in comparison to the former Soviet block it is an upgrade. But it looks like we start replicating the late Soviet system with the choice between two half-insane geriatrics.
