Trump, Pence, Hawley, Cawthorn, Boebert, Gaetz, M.T. Greene, Gohmert, Jordan, Cruz, Graham, McConnell, Ron Johnson, De Santis, Abbott, Nunes...and SO many other Republicans: I wouldn't trust a single one of them. The party of lies, ignorance, hatred, stupidity, racism, voter suppression, denial of science, love of guns, corrupt police, attempted coups, treason, conspiracy theories, voter intimidation, the party against a woman's right to choose, the party guilty of all that and SO many other sins. The party that if politically successful might ultimately destroy whatever sense of democracy still survives in the formerly great USA. The party that tried to do exactly that on January 6th and that has been trying to rewrite history every since that shameful day. The party of garbage!
Almost all that you wrote is the result mostly of the 2016 election.

2016 was the culmination. If you've spent years not appealing to people by reason but with ignorance, fear and hatred, the perfection is Trump. So it seems like it's all coming to a head these last few years, but a lot of it predated 2016. Purplem had such a comprehensive list of Republican rot so examples for each one would be extremely long, but here are a few.

Voter suppression: Republican states were purging and unregistering voters (the black ones, mostly) well before 2016. You're also far more likely to wait longer in line to vote in an area with a concentrated African American population.

Ignorance: this clip was NOT sarcasm or satire. This guy was serious.

Ignorance (and when religion poisons your mind): former Missouri rep Todd when asked about rape exceptions for abortion in 2012 (GOP no longer believes in rape and incest exceptions btw): “If it’s a legitimate rape, the female body has ways to try to shut that whole thing down.”

Here's an article discussing what honest, intelligent people have known for some time: namely that the Republican Party has been attempting to destroy democracy through voter suppression, unjust laws and policies designed to steal elections. Trump's treasonous attempts to steal the election from Biden are not the only things the Republicans have done in their ongoing efforts to take control of the USA through their dishonest and disgusting tactics. The Republicans know that the only way they can win is through destroying democracy, preventing large numbers of people from voting, and continuing their shameless lies to the gullible fools who believe them and support Trump and many other corrupt Republicans.

Arizona state Representative Jake Hoffman has come under fire this week for signing his name to a forged document that claimed that Donald Trump, not Joe Biden, actually won Arizona's electoral votes in the 2020 election.
But deeper digging has revealed that this isn't the only way that the lawmaker tried to help Trump. He also helped run a bot farm that paid teenagers to post pro-Trump propaganda online.

Someone needs to hold these people accountable! Sick of that not happening.

I bet this guy is still going to operate in political spheres after this. There is never any consequences for republican operatives that do really shady stuff.

How is it possible that some of the most powerful people in America are held to the lowest standards? It's disgusting.

A pro-Trump Republican candidate got absolutely obliterated in a special election in Florida this week, where his Democratic opponent received nearly 80% of the vote in a deep blue county.
In spite of his loss, Jason Mariner claims that there was abundant election fraud, in spite of a complete lack of evidence.

When he loses the lawsuit he should have to personally pay the costs.

Arizona Republican State Senator Jake Hoffman runs away from reporter questions about why he signed a fraudulent and phone elector document claiming that Donald Trump won the state of Arizona in the 2020 Presidential election.

If he is truly “gone” why is there a steady stream of grovellers visiting him in Mar a Lago, seeking his endorsement?

Why is he trying ti start his own news channel and social media platform?

The “leave him alone, he has left the building” cliche is like an ostrich sticking it’s head in the sand.

CNN yesterday...In an interview with MANU RAJU McCONNEL had a clear message for TRUMP and his fans....he said in regard of futures élections to come......'' It's important for candidates to remember we need TO RESPECT the results of our democratic process unless court system demonstrates that some SIGNIFICANT fraud occured that would change the outcome.'' ;)
Mitch has not spoken with TROMP for more than a year....à suivre

Ron Duguay on a date with Sarah Palin. Could they be the next Republican power couple?
