Unfortunately no republican can take on Trump in the primaries. DeSantis has the backing of the republican mainstream and big donors but the MAGA folks run the show. DeSantis simply rolled over in fear when interviewed in Japan about Trump.

Special note....i watched this morning/CNN with KATE BOLDUAN and RAHEL SOLOMON/Black beauty.....both are gorgeous and made my day...lollll......i really like the reshaping/programmation with many women on the spot/animation....all have their own style

DeSantis can only get the republican nomination if trump is in, or on his way to, jail. That's his only lane to the nomination and he knows it. He will never punch back at trump in fear of losing MAGA republican voters who can't vote for trump because he's a felon.
