It’s extremely difficult to stop. Not sure what to tell you.
I tried to cut down the frequency a bit, seems to work for a while, but then I go in phases where I book frequently again!

Have you thought about getting neutered? Castration is another way to go. You will stop when the time is right. For me, that time will only come with death.
I have been doing this since 2013, seeing my current sp for almost 5 years now on regular basis, i recently been depressed by the way i look and she showered me with compliments (lies) i got a bit mad told her off etc. I guess i just got tired of this fantasy world, looking at what is available right now SP wise i am not interested in all those tattoos, and high price.

Like any addiction, you need to admit you have a problem and surrender your decision making to a higher power. I struggle with addiction in many forms, and it's not easy.
How you stop ? By finding someone who does it all for you, but for free.

Looks like you got sex addiction. You will have to manage it like an addiction such as alcoholism or drug addictions. Different things same principal.
You can always wait it out. Eventually, we all leave the hobby. And while you're waiting, you can at least enjoy the ride...
