At the core, I think where the issue lies is a direct result of what we believe a female/woman is. My definition of a female is not solely based on the XX chromosome and the reproductive system (as some have already implied in this thread).
Besides the fact that some men and women are born with extra chromosomes (could be an X or a Y) that have various effects on the body, some XX females are also born with various conditions that, according to (some of) your definitions might not make them women despite the X chromosome. A few examples:

On chromosomes:
Humans, as well as some other organisms, can have a chromosomal arrangement that is contrary to their phenotypic sex; for example,
XX males or XY females (see
androgen insensitivity syndrome). Additionally, an abnormal number of sex chromosomes (
aneuploidy) may be present, such as
Turner's syndrome, in which a single X chromosome is present, and
Klinefelter's syndrome, in which two X chromosomes and a Y chromosome are present,
XYY syndrome and

triple X syndrome,
48, XXXX, and
49, XXXXX.
My point: aside from the endless examples I could provide you with (that affect both male and females), biology of the male and female is not as black and white as some would like to believe, and, in my own opinion, being a male or female goes way beyond genetic chromosomes and the possession or lack thereof of internal organs.
Like I said in my very first post in this thread, please do some research and educate yourselves before passing judgement onto others- others that defer from the norm and the black & white standards established by society.

This strikes me as getting to the point. Is this forum a place for locker room talk or is this forum a place for scholarly discussion? And what really strikes me is the "or" in that sentence. I love intelligent, informed, educated, reasoned, literate discussion--"scholarly talk"--but I certainly don't insist on it in every corner of an escort forum. And yet, in addition to the locker-room banter (a term Trump employed yesterday), why can't we also have a thoughtful discussion on gender and identity, as some in this thread are attempting? Why can't we have embrace the fact that we have different political perspectives and different attitudes toward gender--and then listen to each other's viewpoints? Or maybe this forum really is a place only for boys-will-be-boys locker room talk.

To those of you who have decided to judge me for my previous post while choosing to ignore the correlation between my answer and the post I replied to, and, (willingly?) misinterpreting my words by putting your own spin on it, your actions will not change my post’s meaning and/or intent. I’m certain more open-minded, smart, obejective people will see through the smokescreen attitude some of you utilize expertly. And referring to my business model and my honorarium in this discussion?
