Not at all. Am just saying that I have never seen an Asian with blue eyes and that if she has blue eyes she must be mixed with another race.
About your definition of "Caucasian" that is a text book definition that applied to the three great races: Caucasian, Negroid, and Mongoloid before Europeans colonized the Western Hemisphere. Asian people belong to the Mongoloid great race. Here is a link to the map of the three great races and their location on the continents ->

The map is not very clear but easy to identify once you know what the colors stand for. As you can see the yellow and orange colors are where the Mongoloid people were which makes sense as the Natives are an offshoot of the Mongoloid race that traveled from East Asian to North America at a time when the two were joined and there was a clear walking path.
FYI: According to the textbook definition for Caucasian they made reference to West Asia, Central Asian, and South Asia. But this applies to the countries East of Europe and South Asia to countries such as Pakistan and India. For the textbook definition of Mongoloid they made reference to East Asia and South Asia which applies to places such as China, Vietnam, Korea, etc basically where Asian people currently are.
