^^^^^^ Again, you do not comprehend very well, " we " do not deny climate change, what would it take for you to understand that. We know it is changing, we also know bankrupting us will not alter climate change, we know a tax will not alter climate change, we also know Canada is neither the problem or the solution to climate change. Can not believe that after I have repeated this many times you still post the crap that we are climate deniers, beyond words.

then why post a link to the video, which about denial only? I dont hear them saying the climate is changing in that video, and that we need to take a cautious approach to reduction in greenhouse gases...sounds like a guy getting a prize for being a good denier...

He was getting an award for being a good denier. His petition is sort of infamous. (Anyone used to be able to sign, so it was full of joke names from trolls.)

.
The*Sun*is getting*hotter, adding heat to the global warming that has been linked to greenhouse gases that trap heat in the atmosphere.*Solar*radiation reaching the Earth is 0.036 percent warmer*than*it was in 1986, when the current*solar*cycle was beginning, said a study published on Friday in the journal Science.Sep 30, 1997

But do not let these points erase your climate fears.

They wouldn't because they are nonsense? You do know that the solar radiation theory has been extensively studied, right? Because it was a plausible alternative explanation. It didn't pan out. But go ahead and keep citing the one study from 1997.

Yup...go take some classes in atmospheric dynamics and thermodynamics.

Ok but that actually make the consequences of climate change even worse then.

When people think about changes most think about their own self and their pocket.

Me?

I must be different. For example I often think what would happen if mid-west america runs out of water? All these armed citizens...

Only a nutcase would not understand that the biggest impact we will have to face is human migration. Billions of people will have to move from where they live. Problem is they may have nowhere to go. Hence trouble...

cheers,

^^^^^^ You did not get the memo? Sea levels are rising, cities will be underwater, plenty to go around.
Most of us do not think just about ourselves, I think about the tax burden my children will have for nothing ( taxes will not alter climate change ), in 20 years not much will have changed climate wise, except the tax rate it will be higher.
Until I see 100% proof that taxes will alter climate change or proof that man can change climate quickly ( we are slowly getting better, it takes time for something like this ) and major polluters are in line I will not fall for the doomsday prophets.

The trouble with threads like this is that they're full of armchair experts on one side or the other... knowing little bits of this or that - enough to use a few scientific terms and so on. None of it results in anything, really.

Climate change is definitely real but scientists don’t know nearly as much as they claim. Modern science is based on observation, speculation & experimentation, so it’s constantly changing based on new observations, new theories & new experiments. I believe we are heading for a pole shift, which could dramatically change climate in different regions. Everything is based on resonant frequency, that’s how molecules take particular form. Change those frequencies & the molecules will restructure themselves into a new form. There have been studies done on the effect of frequency on everything from cancer to gravity. I know most of you will think it’s bs, but frequency can actually destroy cancer cells & alter gravity. Cymatics is the visual representation of sound, showing us how different sounds produce different forms. Everything is sound fluctuating matter into different states of being.

Oh man, don’t be informed about physics from some shady internet sites. Better stick to familiar topics. How about reducing CO2 footprint from SPs encounters? Any ideas? Also, we should all stop farting. Methane is many times more harmful for the environment than CO2. I am also considering patent submission on automatic electrical igniters of the cows’ farts. Will drastically reduce harm on climate from the biff industry. Also imagine spectacular picture of random fireballs from the grazing heard at night?

You guys are funny.

How many of you know someone who survived cancer? That's what scientist are fore. It took them years. They got many things wrong. They still do. Some are crooked. Most are not. But overall they succeed immensely.

Why would it be different for other type of scientist? Because with climate issues we do not face imminent death ourselves we treat all of them as phony?

Some of you may be brilliant but still it does not make you an intelligent person, far from it ;)

Edward Leedskalnin, the creator of coral castle, a 5” 100 lbs man that put together a castle out of massive limestone blocks on his own, claimed to know the secret of how the pyramids were built in Egypt. He was able to alter the weight of the limestones he worked with.

I don’t know about this guy Edward Leedskalnin, but some of my favorite SPs are capable of reducing the strength of the local gravitational field in my bedroom. How else can I explain such strong erection at my age?

^^^^^ I understand the sea levels rising ( would like more info though ). Sarcasm ( poor attempt I guess ) about the non issue.

^^^^ A theory is not correct until it is proven. Wait until 2030 as see if the fear mongering is fake or not. As far as I am concerned it is just a theory for now.

Again STN pure non sense. If your physicians says you have cancer will you tell him you will wait until a cure if fully 100% proven ?

It's the same fucking thing. The planet has cancer. We are not sure what caused it but why the fuck we care about that instead of trying to fix it best we can?

Yeah, so this time they are 100% correct.

https://cei.org/blog/wrong-again-50-years-failed-eco-pocalyptic-predictions

https://wattsupwiththat.com/2019/04...rediction-of-the-last-50-years-has-come-true/

Yes the climate is changing, no Canada can not fix it, no we are not doomed by 2030.
Do you see any major green groups protesting in India or China? No, because they know they will probably be thrown in jail and beaten. They protest here because they know they have media and government backing because both want the money involved.
And again with the Jaliman cancer insert, has nothing to do with this. I have friends who went through the treatment, they died, friends in the future who get cancer will die also. What is your point?

The climate will change anyways with or without doing anything. Yes, pollution contribute, but it's only a small percentage. Scientists dig a sample deep from the Arctic and Antarctic and discover it was a tropical forest million of years ago. So may be it's going back to it's previous stage, nothing we can do about it.
We are living in an evolving society, and we can not go back. Bring me a horse to ride to go to work? and I will leave my car home.
Just to give you an idea:
-Formula 1: one racing car = 700 cars emission
-How about one fighter jet huh ? one aircraft carrier ? a combat tank ? cruise missiles ? how many millions of gasoline they burn per second? tell that to the super powers leaders in this world huh? why they are using them huh?
-How about those workers who works for petroleum companies, automobile industries, defense and military equipment and research? they will be out of jobs and how about their families? how do they live?
Yet the put carbon tax for you to drive less ! I can't leave my car at home and take the bus, because it will take 1,5 hours wile driving is only 20 min.
How dare you? how dare you to take away my car? I depend on it to live !
