Is there another word for our? Like you can say 'nous' or 'on'..

Also what's the camping luggage that was in the canoe?

Can you say 'Moi and mon compagnon sont tombes dans le lac avec toutes nos bagages'.. I used Dictionary.com so it can't be right!

nous and on translates as we, so it wouldn't work for what you need...

camping luggage is usually sacs de camping.

'Moi and mon compagnon sont tombes dans le lac avec toutes nos bagages'

Replace toutes with tous and you should be fine!

Comme dans: Nous sommes tous allé voir le film X

Dans notre cas meme si c'est masculin, nous devons utilise tout. Comme je disais, tu peux remplacer le mot par un mot feminin et si ca sonne faux alors au masculin c'est faux...

Je n'ai pas trouvé de site sur les règles de grammaires et spécialement sur tous/tout (après une courte recherche) et ca fait un bon bout de temps que je n'ai pas lu les règles puisque je suis Ing. en Aéronautique et que nous utilisons l'anglais plutot que le français. Bref, il se peut grandement que je sois dans le champs.

Puisque c'est un exposé oral, ca ne devrait pas changer grands choses

Entre temps pour ma culture, je vais trouver un bescherelle

BTW Carla, if you can get a hold on a Bescherelle (grammaire (it is a must)and conjugaison (not bad to have too)) that won't cost a lot but will help you a lot in french specially in advance classes. You can see what they look like on the bescherelle site (www.bescherelle.com) but the site is in french
