most people don't listen or rarely pay attention, especially when they don't think they are going to see that person again. Most will forget the name of someone they meet randomly at a party or event because they don't expect to see them again, but will make a conscious effort to remember a coworker or client they meet the first time
Actually one of the question I had although I think it really depends of the person, is to what extent do you remember your clients or their stories or information?
I would assume seeing them regularly helps the brain keep information.

How peers' review/recommendation is objective?

If you don't recommend him then will that explicitly gives him the cue that he is not welcomed anymore? But I guess and hope it's rare as a situation...
A bit following up on the providers' referral question, did it happen that by giving a MERB handle you don't like the client's comment and refuse?

What I can say is that we don't see all the clients who contact us, sometimes we even decide to not repeat with a client who wants to see us for a second session, and the reasons why will remain unknown. Or she will tell you if she's inclined to, but that's up to the provider you are contacting.

Then it should be wiser to not insist if a client doesn't get feedback or is not able to get a meeting?o_O

I am assuming and I hope you receive lot of compliments about yourself (physically, intelligence, emotions, etc.). How do you deal with that?
You flip your hair? Of course I'm gorgeous
You are not so sensitive anymore?
You always take them as if it's the first time you're being told?

Ok... yes I would have to agree I do get a lot of compliments on the daily. But my reaction very much changes depending on what I am being complimented on.
How do you deal with that?
My reaction changes dramatically depending on what the compliment is and who is giving it.

If it is about my looks, I get shy. I have always prided myself on my brains, and always thought looks fleeting. I was also made severely confused about how to take compliments about looks growing up, as in school I would be teased regularly for being weird, fat and ugly, but then to step outside I was being oggled by every man who passed me, objectified and praised I was beautiful. I tend to think the negative said was likely true, and everyone else is just humoring me. But if I'm walking down the street not turning heads I feel invisible, so I do what makes me feel good, and turn as many heads as I can. :D

My Master tells me I am beautiful every day, and I still fight the urge to sneer or role my eyes at the compliment. He has resorted to punishment if he catches me, to try and get me out of seeing myself that way. Somehow I see how I look as seperate from who I am, I have had days I caught myself off guard when passing a mirror, taking a moment to realize the pretty person in the mirror is me, then I look away and forget.
You are not so sensitive anymore?
I am. And those who see me when they say it, see how it catches me off guard. Often I have been follow up asked, "Do I not realize it?"

I can't fake reactions. It is why I try to limit my visits to the lovlies I am privledged to meet. I can't pretend to spend time with someone I don't like, and them not know that is exactly what I think of them. I wear a mask around my boss at work for this very reason. Apparently even if I am agreeing with his cockameme ideas, my face tells him exactly what I refuse to say out of respect for my boss, and I then have to justify myself for the looks on my face that I am not saying. My face and reactions show all, and it is not something I can control.

Now. That was on looks. Praise my brains, :D and watch me beam with pride, as I try not to bore you with my accomplishments. Or any skill, or trade I have attempted, and I just glow. I did my own auto body work while at the campground, and was praised by many DIY men there about how they wouldn't even attempt it and I am doing so well, could they hire me to do theirs. I am my own handyman, and love the appreciation and respect I get there, while it being in no way something about being sexualized. The ones who stop to praise it, are often the ones who know what effort needs to go into it.

What are your biggest intellectual abilities? So cool that you're familiar with cars. I wish I knew more about cars, CPR, and first aid. As well as many other things.

My interest are math, science, puzzles, spacial awareness most things have a step by step to follow, and then it is just about creativity and figuring out how to make the details work. I take accomplishment from trying things I have never done before, and finding out I could do it.

Only thing that I could never get a handle on is language.

That's funny since you're fluent in French and English. I think you're better at language than you think. Besides even though you misspell things in English that's something everyone does. English is weird. Spatial sounds like it should be spelled "spacial" even though it's with a t actually and I imagine most people would make that mistake. I didn't even notice until my computer put a red line under the word. I would be down to teach you ethical hacking, python, game design, etc for free. I have 4 year degrees in biology and computer science. It's possible to build a game or basic data visualization in a day.

I'm not fluent in french. I use Google translate, and try to pick out the words I understand, and will often repeat back what I think I understood to find out I understood wrong. I speak it better than I understand it, only because a lot of the more complex words are the same word just pronounced differently. Otherwise it needs to be spoken as simply as possible. I can easily get overwhelmed trying to decifer what is being said, and risk just tuning it out and nodding with a smile on my face while not understanding a single thing said as the brain switches to off before I start getting frusterated.
There are a few who see where I'm at and meet me there so we can communicate in French. But the majority just spout it so fast it all just sounds like 1 really long word I can't seperate to make any scenes of.

To the SP, do you go to the gym?
If yes, what's your gym routine like?
I go to the gym pretty regularly to do some lifting and HIIT. It's taken me a while to feel comfortable in a gym setting and confident in using the equipment or knowing what I'm doing. If I'm not attending a class, I usually try and do some cardio and strength training and not overthink it. I also practice yoga 3-4 times a week, run occasionally, and bike everywhere.
