^^^^^ During the last iceage the equator was still semi tropical, the one before that it was slush like and before that solid ice... There is a trend happening.

They completely ignore the 97-98% of scientists who support all the continuing scientific studies supporting human induced global warming.

In this case, 99% of expert scientists agree that climate change has a significant man made component.

Things are moving fast. By early next next year we will most likely get to 101-102%. Big Oil is understandably busy licking its wounds.

Stop the war, stop fighting each another. Today Turkey is sending hundreds of tanks, airplanes bombarding north of Syria, how many emission those fighter jets, personal armor carriers and combat tanks emits polluting the air? million times more than our cars! and they don't talk about this in the news ! Soooo silly ! Stop the wars and our children has a future, if you don't, end up with an atomic bomb and never mind climate change, everything will be gone! Come on guys, wake up !

question for the deniers here:

Even if the science is wrong about man-induced global warming. Let's say it is....

The measures, in general, that are being and need to be taken to combat that are effectively good for the planet. It results in cleaner air and water, it's better for the soil, better for the ecosystem.

So even if the science is wrong... don't you want better air to breathe and a generally healthier planet? Or is it that you don't think anything people do has any effect at all... (positive or negative)

^^^^ Funny, if a mentally challenged girl can not make me change my mind guilt will not for sure.
Deniers, I never denied climate is changing, questioning if it is worth the money the politicians want to make no difference.
1.6%, that is the amount of GHG's we produce worldwide, with our vast water bodies and forests we are close to carbon neutral. Cutting 23 coal generators and giving them billions to shut down while China plans to build 300 to 500 is kind of stupid. Carbon tax, WTF, how will a tax stop climate change. Canada produces 720 megatons ( 2015 last I found ) and wants to drop to 701 by 2030.
Canada is to reduce its GHG by 2.8% of the 1.6% we produce. That is 0.00042% on a global scale. And at what price? I am more concerned that the children of today will not be able to afford a good lifestyle due to the unnecessary taxes ( money grab ), these fucking stupid student protests, as if the fuckers have a plan except for do it now, save us from doom. Unless they live off the grid and have a job to pay taxes STFU.
Just my opinion.

[....Everything has a frequency. The earth is a living organism that vibrates at a particular frequency & modern tech is altering the natural frequency of the planet. Our hearts produce a magnetic frequency similar to that of earth. In fact, every organ in our body has a frequency & altering that frequency can cause illness & disease.

Wow! Such a beautiful theory, puts all these theoretical physicists to shame! Now I know that it was a mistake giving Nobel Prize for the detection of gravitational waves as gravity field does not exist. Still, the theory did not answer my question: why I have such strong erections with my ATFs? Similarly to your views, I do not believe to this funny medical explanation that my erections are driven by the blood flow. No way I have enough blood to fill my beautiful huge penis as I am often struggling to squeeze a couple of drops for the simple blood analysis. Definitely, as you suggest, it has something to do with frequency emitting by girls’ body cavities (pussy, mouth etc.) that is resonant to my penis frequency. Any Idea how to detect these vibrations? Mind you I have access to the most sophisticated laboratory equipment.

The climate will change anyways with or without doing anything. Yes, pollution contribute, but it's only a small percentage. Scientists dig a sample deep from the Arctic and Antarctic and discover it was a tropical forest million of years ago. So may be it's going back to it's previous stage, nothing we can do about it.
We are living in an evolving society, and we can not go back. Bring me a horse to ride to go to work? and I will leave my car home.
Just to give you an idea:
-Formula 1: one racing car = 700 cars emission
-How about one fighter jet huh ? one aircraft carrier ? a combat tank ? cruise missiles ? how many millions of gasoline they burn per second? tell that to the super powers leaders in this world huh? why they are using them huh?
-How about those workers who works for petroleum companies, automobile industries, defense and military equipment and research? they will be out of jobs and how about their families? how do they live?
Yet the put carbon tax for you to drive less ! I can't leave my car at home and take the bus, because it will take 1,5 hours wile driving is only 20 min.
How dare you? how dare you to take away my car? I depend on it to live !

You are correct but that is what the politicos will do. It reminds me of Mao's Great Leap Forward. The cause in that case was Communism and doing away with the evils of Capitalism. Now the Greens (ex-commies) want to save the environment. They fly their Jets all over the world to fund raise and preach about the evils Carbon (look at Bernie Sanders and his three houses and consider the fact that he hasn't flown commercial in 30 years). These select few will still be able to waste and spend and live extravagantly while you and I will have to take the bus and suffer a 2 hour commute. Sound familiar? Let's just hope they don't have a plan that will kill us all to stop climate change. We are talking about self-righteous ideologues that will rationalize and justify anything.

Do-gooders need a cause and to a certain extent I buy in. I feel like Joan of Arc when I don't use a plastic straw for example. I feel like I saved a sea turtle....I feel this catharsis like I have just pushed a whale out to sea! Remember the Jewel box and how the media was predicting that because of the Jewel box we were going to run out of land fill space. They had hearing in congress for this!!! Plastic six pack holders was going to make dolphins extinct! This is all rubbish (quite literally.)

A mentally challenged girl? Please, don't stoop to such a level.

People with autism are often quite a bit smarter than others when it comes to science, fyi. Not always, but often.

The rest of your post is just drivel essentially saying we make no difference on the planet. It's nice that that's your stance, but it's also interesting that you think cars and other pollutants have no effect on air quality and the rest. Who's mentally challenged?

Look behind you.
Please post where I stated that cars and other pollutants do not make a difference, search your heart out. Clue into this.. Now.. We need this transportation, we need these pollutants to keep warm.. there is no solution... Now.
We are working on it, it takes time, this can not be rushed.
Jumping to conclusions, something climate alarmists do a lot.

GMA, Sol Tee Nutz is playing 4d chess - even posting articles that actually don't support his case. It's brilliant, really.

You guys are worrying about nothing. Nuclear winter will cancel global warming. Plus, the population will be reduced by half. As soon as nukes are still around any probability theory predicts that even a rare event (nuclear war) has a reasonable probability of happening given enough time. Kill the mankind-save the planet!

Look behind you.
The following page lists the nearly 200 worldwide scientific organizations that hold the position that climate change has been caused by human action.

This should be a simple question for you, two parts. What caused climate change before industrial man? Why have the past three iceages been different ( last one equator was semi tropical, the one before slush and the one before that solid ice?

Sol Tee Nutz,
Thank you for citing some real research articles:
[FONT="]. This research does not disprove the consensus opinion re global warming; it actually bolsters the theory. ]

It also points out that a shift is happening, it also points out that new findings will always happen. A shift does not have to be 50/50 it can start at 80/20 and be equal in time, perhaps in 500 years the shift will be 20/80. Ask your scientists what they believe, they seem to have all your answers and you do believe them.
Also to note: the Antarctica holds 90% of the worlds ice, so even a slight increase is significant compared to a decrease of a 10% mass.
