Come on, let me tell you my guess : 4-3 Boston

I wonder if those members here who have been trying to protect their feelings with low expectations and negative predictions will stick by that for game 7???

I must admit I still think like I did at 1-1 that Boston gonna win it in 7. I hope I'm wrong, but i don't mistake my hopes for my guess ;)

As i've been saying all along, the habs have too many Europeans on that team. European hockey players don't care about the Stanley Cup playoffs as much as Canadian hockey players, who've been dreaming of winning the Stanley Cup since they've put on skates for the first time. Europeans care more about the World Championship & the Olympics.....and then comes the Stanley Cup playoffs. For most of them, the NHL is nothing but just a league where they can make big $$. Many lack the passion to win the Cup.

When your best players are Europeans, you usually don't go too far in the playoffs. The Canadiens have a few Canadians on their roster, but they mostly all play minor roles other than PK Subban & Carey Price, who have been the habs' best players BY FAR. Brendan Gallagher is another player who plays with a lot of passion. And he also happens to be a Canadian.

Boston has the likes of Bergeron, Lucic & Marchand, among others. All play prominent roles on their team & they all happen to be Canadian.

p.s. Anyone ready for the riots in downtown Montreal if the Habs lose tonight's game??

Thank you for your insightful knowledge of hockey !!

Oh, by the way, 2 goals by Thomas Vanek, born in Vienna, Austria
1 goal by Lars Eller, born in Rodovre, Denmark
1 goal by Max Pacioretty born in New Canaan, CT, USA

And you ask, where were the Canadians, well they were.................wining :)

BOYZ,

..well they were.................wining

What's..."wining"...halfway between whining and WINNING.

...born in Vienna, Austria...born in Rodovre, Denmark...born in New Canaan, CT, USA... And you ask, where were the Canadians...

 Canadians? Anything but. It'd be more accurate to say Canadians-NOT!

Terrific performance tonight by the HABS!

The Bruins played like crap yesterday. Chara should have been in position to level Pacioretty on a key goal attempt as he came in. Had he done so it could have changed the game. The Bruins are better than Montreal 5 on 5 but played like they were taking that for granted.

Arrogance you re right but also poor coaching are the big bruins weaknesses.

And of course you forgot to get credit to Montreal for what was probably their best match of the serie... ;)

Thanks for the update november. Good thing you're here for all the relevant headlines.

Youre almost as sore loser as your players who totally lost control at the end of the match yesterday...

Can someone explain to me how Anaheim Ducks went from 2-0 down to 3-2 up on LA? I thought LA had the better coaching and goalie, and that the Ducks' first two lines were decimated by injuries. I do not get NBCSN, cannot watch these games and I would like to know what is going on.

It's about time they do something.....i suppose 1 out of 10 games ain't too bad!

You're quite welcome! :D

p.s. The 'Canadians' were 'winning', you say?? They might have won a battle, but they still haven't won the war. ;)

The best i can come up with is that LA's goalie went cold while Anaheim made the goalie switch at the right time & are now riding on the coat tails of a very hot young goalie.

Anaheim also had a great record all season long while LA's was so-so. Bruce Bourdreau is also one heck of a coach if you ask me & has a lot of playoffs experience. I also like the group of veterans on the Anaheim team....Getzlaf, Perry, Selanne, etc.

LA was also quite lucky to beat San Jose in the first round....coming back from a three-game deficit to eliminate the Sharks, which doesn't happen too often in the playoffs.

The key for the habs in this series was superior special teams. Boston's powerplay absolutely blows while Montreal's has been extremely good, mostly because of PK Subban's booming shot from the point.

I'm very surprised that the Bruins penalty-killers don't play the point more & stop Subban from unleashing his booming shot.

Mtl has also been the luckier team....i don't know how many posts the Bruins have hit in this series. Carey Price has been very good, but he's also been very lucky.

If the Bruins can stay out of the penalty box & start scoring on the powerplay, they will be victorious.

Brad Marchand also has to play smarter hockey. He should concentrate on finishing his plays instead of constantly trying to annoy the opposition, which doesn't seem to be working very well.

San Jose choked

Anaheim is the real deal

LA has been riding on Gaborik lately

I'd love to see my Rangers win, but i always said from Day 1 that the winner would come from California

WTF's your problem 77777? I posted a thank you for the update and you jump down my throat. I'm far from a sore loser, Bruins were outplayed last night, bottom line. But no matter what any Bruins fan posts in this thread you have to whine excessively about it, sounds to me like you're the sore loser.
