Not necessarily. I don't see anyone under 21, because I would feel creepy if I did.

Otherwise, I kinda get why some people have a policy of seeing no one under 30. I have clients in their 20's who are lovely and amazing, but really often I've noticed that unfortunately younger clients tend to be more rude or pull no call no show's or ask for very very last minute appointments ''can i come see you in 30 minutes'' like no lol. I don't think it's ageism, it's just that I think a lot of guys in their 20's have a different lifestyle and may not be respectful or appreciative of a SP's time as much as guys who are a bit older.

I think part of it has to do with income as well, a lot of younger guys are students and can't afford to see an indy SP. When I charged much lower, my clients were often younger.

To tell you the truth, even guys in their 50's and 60's sometimes act like clowns and aren't serious about booking, so I'm making a generalization based on observations.
Let see when you ll become the hot cougar au centre d accueuil.

do you prefer when SP's wear makeup or when they don't? i do my makeup before each date and i've realized that it was very time consuming.. i also often have clients request that i don't wear any which makes me wonder.
No makeup for me as well, though I do find it erotic to see a woman applying lipstick. Go figure....

Is it that you don't like obvious looking makeup, and you want the person to "look natural"? or you don't want the SP to wear makeup at all? that's something i'm sometimes confused by
For me, less is more. I like to meet as much of the real person as the SP cares to offer, and so I hope that she will dress in a way that makes her feel some pleasurable combination of attractive, professional, and comfortable. To answer your question: I like minimal makeup, the "natural look," AND no makeup.

No makeup at all. Personally, i won’t even notice if your toenails matches with your hands or if your belt matches with your shoes .., Mens are not really paying attention to this kind of stuff unless it’s
part of the kinks they are into ...sorry but if you wear Louboutin’s red heels but you don’t BLS, i will only remember the second part. If you have/do both, i will also only remember the second part

Follow up question : clients, are you able to notice the difference between no makeup versus a "no makeup makeup look" where the person has a full face of makeup but made in a way to look like they're not wearing makeup?

I don't like makup and find kissing lipstick gross. Light makeup doesn't bother me, but heavy is a turn off for sure. A lot of the maintenance women do I find to be more for women than men. I'd prefer natural nails to fake talons. Overdone eyebrows look wierd imo.

I never make requests, but I'd prefer cute comfy clothes over lingerie. Natural overall instead of made up.

I see what you're saying but we all get requests for heels and lingerie and stuff like that.. I think asking the sp to keep it minimal can prevent a confusion when it comes to expectations.

I'm personally going to be taking off my nail extensions soon because I don't feel like it's improving my quality of life at the moment at all tho lol

It's gonna be a mixed bag just like asking women if they like beards or bodyhair. The obvious answer is some do and some don't.

Functional hands are great.

Men have always generally preferred that women wear little or no makeup. Women seem to insist on doing it anyway and it seems to be more that they compete with other women to do what they think looks good regardless of what men think even though they say they are doing it to look good for guys. Guys notice the difference between the no make up look and no make up, except maybe in dark clubs. Studies have over and over again said that the biggest turn off for men is women who wear too much makeup. Also, for clarity, what a woman defines as too much makeup and what a man defines as such are two different things entirely. The man's idea of "too much makeup" is about half what a woman may define as too much makeup. Not only that, but men in relationships often resent the amount of time their partners use to apply makeup, especially just for daily routines like going to the supermarket and such. Men associate a lot of negative things with makeup in general.

I don't think studies are reliable. I've met a lot of men who loved women wearing makeup, and I've met men who believed women weren't wearing makeup when they actually wore.. Or they believed that a woman was wearing little makeup, when it fact she was wearing tons of it. I've definitely said good bye to heels this year unless I'm doing an incall and keeping them on for 5 minutes.. becoming a tattoo artist means getting rid of nails, too. Maybe the next step is toning it down with the makeup :)

My question for SP's : I know we all started at different points in our lives and have been in the industry for a different amount of time. What were your preconceived notions about this profession before you started, and what has changed now?
